Terms of service

WiFiX is provided by Apexia Group Limited to venues under their Apexia service agreement. Venues are responsible for the legal copy shown to their guests, for honouring guests' data requests, and for using exported data lawfully.

Guests' use of a venue's WiFi is governed by the terms shown on that venue's sign-in page.
